Over the past 14 years, I have had excellent service from Scott Honda for my two Honda vehicles. Earlier this week I took a 2012 Honda CRV in, thinking that the engine work would take several days. On 5 pm my phone rang and they said it was done in one day and the price was exactly what they estimated. When I arrived I found they had forgotten to do the final oil change. They did the oil change while I waited and would not let me pay for it. I was shocked! I attribute this miracle to Shiva Lawton who is one of their friendly and amazing service advisors.

If it were possible to give Shiva Lawton more than five stars, I would! She is a phenomenal Scott Honda team member. Shiva not only represents Scott Honda well, but her technical understanding of cars is something I get really (!) excited about, particularly in light of my most recent Scott Honda experience. Shiva navigated my older model Honda Civic through a maze of analyses. Working closely with the technicians over a period of thirteen days, she not only oversaw the repairs, but Shiva continued to keep me well informed throughout the repair process. I credit Shiva and her team with excellence that is so difficult to come by in today’s marketplace. I continue to drive my car which went through a final twenty-mile road test by the technician before the car was returned to me for my continued safe driving.

I have leased 3 cars from Scott Honda and my third, I decided to buy out. I love everyone I have worked with over the past 10 years. The advisors in service are especially helpful! Most recently Shiva was my service advisor and she was excellent at breaking down the work I needed to do vs one or two things that could wait due to my budget.
