Best car buying experience. Welcoming to desk, constant check ins as Jieun went back and forth. She is running, hurrying, being thoughtful of the customer. Check ins while with the wonderful Edwin Cruz in finance, and sitting in your car, explaining all important details, making sure until the very end that you are fully equipped to go. Your time becomes more important than making the sale. She makes you feel like you are somebody, and my feeling leaving after so many horrible experiences is incomparable to anything before. Beyond best in class. The absolute best. The experience was so great that I came back a week later and got another car.
