Lexus of Warwick always strives to provide top notch service. Terri V. (although new to her position as a Service Advisor) put in extra effort to ensure that my problem was resolved.
I had an appointment for the next day dropped it off a day early because I had another issue where they would have to order a part and I assumed it would take awhile. He was able to fit me in and had my car fixed the next day.
Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful. My car was serviced in 2 hours as they promised.
