The dealership is 3+ hours from my home but the personal service from my first online inquiry to the final signing of documents was top notch. We worked with Ralph on the internet quotes and locating the vehicle we purchased. He was responsive, patient and honest throughout the process. The client advisor, Tom, took the time to explain the warranty and maintenance details and then provided a thorough review of the X5 with humor and professionalism. I never felt rushed and his knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. All of my questions were addressed before I left. The finance side of the transaction was handled by Noha who had excellent customer service and explained all the documents and options for additional maintenance packages. All in all this was the best experience I have had at any dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone. It felt like a solid team effort and family of colleagues working together to provide the best experience to BMW seekers.
