Everything went well with our deal and we’re happy with the new BMW. My only complaint is that we were supposed to have a BMW “specialist”(?) call a couple days after our purchase but that seems to have fallen through. The gentleman’s name is Tyler and he DID text me about going over features and such for the car. However, I briefly explained that I bought the car for my wife and she is the primary user and it would be more beneficial to please go over these things with her. I gave Tyler her phone number and he never reached out. My wife has since called the dealership to try to get ahold of him but has thus far been unsuccessful. She would like to learn the cars features more in depth but so far we’re on our own to work things out.
