My recent visit to Sierra Honda with my service advisor Billy Tam was the BEST!! Going to get your car serviced can sometimes be intimidating, but Billy makes sure your experience is the exact opposite of that! When I arrived, Billy reviewed the recommended services. This was not simply just a 'read a long list of things my car needs and sign on the line' type of experience and help the next person (I have had that experience at other service centers, who hasn't?) Billy hand wrote a summarized version on a piece of paper and when I asked questions about each type of service and what it entailed, he very easily was able to explain each item to me. I had additional follow up questions about the service details and asked him to break down the purpose of each item. He was not only super knowledgeable, but very patient, explained things well and made me feel very comfortable about the decisions I was making for my car. I dropped my car off and within an hour, Billy called me with an update about my service and the findings before I came to pick up my car. By the time I arrived I really had no questions at all! He was also great at determining my 'promised pick up time' at check in, so it was so easy to plan the rest of my day! Billy Tam is the best and I only go to Sierra Honda when Billy has an opening! My service advisor went through the recommendations with my wife didn’t pressure her to do them all and threw in a car wash. Overall excellent experience.
