From the first reach-out to Braman BMW through to working with Chris, Oscar and Osiris to complete the deal for my BMW 740i, I was impressed with the professionalism and capability of everyone I interacted with. I can see why the Braman Group has the reputation it has. Even though it was a 250 mile drive from Jacksonville to West Palm Beach I will definitely be going to Braman first when the time comes for my next purchase.

This isn’t so much about the dealership, but more so about the professionalism of the salesperson I dealt with, Robert. Robert made leasing a vehicle such a positive experience, which is not something I have ever been able to say in all of my years of purchasing a vehicle. Most of my friends and family cringe at the thought of knowing they need to go to dealerships, but working with Robert was so easy and pleasant. I’m going to refer all my friends and family to Robert and will definitely be back in 12 months when my wife’s vehicle’s lease is due.
