Large dealership, yet friendly, hometown feel with positive interaction with all...from reception, to other sales and service team members to the Sales Manager. The entire process was positive and "blew away" the interaction I had with another Ford dealership in the far, northern county, area!!!
I had an easygoing experience with no hassle or attempt to sell me any extra service for my tires. I wish it had gotten done a bit sooner, but they were good at communicating to me that there were other vehicles being worked on for their alignment
