We had an excellent experience working with Megha Thallam at Valley Honda. We were purchasing a brand-new, higher-trim vehicle for the first time and had not purchased a car in over 10 years, so we were expecting the usual dealership hassle. Megha made the process completely different. After speaking with four dealerships, Megha stood out with her straightforward pricing, prompt communication, and no-pressure approach. We received an excellent deal with very little back-and-forth, and she was professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process. We also appreciated how welcoming she was to our entire family. We had our two young children with us for the test drive, and Megha made everyone feel comfortable and included.
