The first time the car was in the shop it was returned to me repair lasted until I almost got to street before the problem came back. Second time problem seems to be corrected.
One of the main reasons I go back is because of the service I received from Brandi. I’ve been going there for years and she is outstanding and so is the work they do.
My service advisor was Jorge A. Who was excellent. I have been to to Cobb Parkway .location and was not happy with their customer service at all. I will be returning to the Town Center Nissan for future work on my Nissan Murano. S.H.
Excellent service from start to finish! Everyone was professional, courteous, and respectful of my time. They handled the recall on my Nissan Rogue efficiently and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service. I highly recommend this dealership!
Being an older gal I find refreshing to have such nice people in the service department - willing to help and answer questions.
Always kind and helpful. Not the quickest but I feel they are thorough. The shuttle is always clean.
