Lamar Wyche has done an amazing job of keeping me abreast of my Pathfinders service needs. I took advantage of the VIP oil service he offered. He is always friendly, polite, and informative. The service department transportation shuttle allows me to get my vehicle serviced while taking care of another task, killing two birds with one stone. Thank you
Lamar Wyche helped us repair a patch in my daughter's car tire very quickly and efficiently. He was hands on and helped us find the right wheel lock to remove the tire and get it changed quickly.
Always great customer service. Answers all my questions and explain everything thing done and suggest is needed.
The service center was amazing, however Trent Perryman and Sheldon were dishonest in trying to sell my car. They kept me coming back despite me telling them I’m not buying a car and they said that all I had to do was bring the keys and the title to sell it, but when I did these things they did not follow through and claimed the service department said “something mechanical” was wrong. I will never buy a car from here and will recommend others to not as well.
Eddie Davis handled my service request very knowledgeably and professionally. He helped me choose which of the recommended service items would be most beneficial. In addition, he signed me up for VIP oil change program which helps me stay on top of regular service visits and keeps my car running great.
