Needed a tire monitor replaced. Called the service department and they told me to come to the dealership as soon as I can. They are always there if any of my vehicles need servise.
I bought my car at Tim Lally Chevrolet in 2017. I have taken it there for service every year since. They have friendly and competent staff in their service department. I usually wait there for oil changes. They have a nice waiting area with great amenities. Like soda vending, free coffee station and tv's to watch.
Adam was very professional. I would highly recommend buying from him. Process was smooth and transparent.
I've done business Tim Lally Chevrolet before and it has always been a good experience. Everyone was very cordial. I was met by Adam Mays and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He was very informative and helped me find the vehicle, color and accessories I was looking for. Others found the rebates and discounts that could be applied to the final purchase price. I was very satisfied with my purchase experience.

I had a very good experience at Tim Lally. I had the unfortunate luck of having a car totaled in the recent hail storm. Worked with collision dept and they were great. Because of their service I decided to give them a chance to lease me a replacement car. Good job Lynn! Worked with Joey on the lease and agreed to get a Trailblazer.
