Easy-peasy. Scheduled online for 8:00 oil change. Drove in to the service lane, gave them my keys, then grabbed a cup of coffee and a fig newton. 15 minutes later I'm back in my car heading home...

Great service. Tech provided updates along the way and explained very clearly what was needed.

Service department were very accommodating with regards to the time of the appointment, estimated time of service and provide provided me with a loaner car for the day.

Everyone we talked to was friendly & helpful. Lots of nice cars on the lot, found the one we wanted & made a good deal, fast & easy. Our salesman Drake was excellent to work with, a great place to buy a car.

So far I am pleased with my new car. I have been reading the manual I ordered on Ebay so I am more comfortable with all the buttons and technology. I hope this new car runs as well and as long as my 2009 Saturn has done. I hope that if I have any service needs with my Buick, the job will be done well and in a reasonable time. I got the extra warranty plan and the man who explained it to me said that it was transferrable, but when I read it through, it said it was not transferable, so I question that statement. I'm not sure what his name was, but I signed a lot of papers with him.
