I’ve been going to Suburban Ford for repair/maintenance of my F-150, which I purchased used. They are a great dealership and stand behind their work. I met Wally two weeks ago. Told him what I wanted, he picked out a car (Explorer) for me. I bought it today. He’s great to work with! We’ll be there next year for my daughter‘s first car after she graduates college.

I d id not give a 5 star rating because I was surprised that a vehicle that was on the lot for over 3 weeks was not serviced inspected and ready for sale. I came from Elk Rapids specifically to buy that vehicle. During service two days later the tech discovered dry rot on the tires. I was shocked that the vehicle would have been offered for sale in an unsafe condition. My salesperson was able to obtain a discount on new tires from the dealership which is why I did not give a lower rating. Bob Schwert

Robert is amazing! He is always willing to go the extra mile and help. First time I had to work with him to get my car fixed, he was great. I will not take my cars anywhere but to Suburban because of Robert's treatment. It is not every day that you meet people who actually care. I wish I could rate him more than 5 stars.

Wally was absolutely amazing got me into a truck in 3 days definitely recommending him and Caroline to everyone they were amazing and help me out so much im so thankful for they worked with me and got me driving in a reliable truck I won't have to worry about breaking down. If I could give them both 10 stars I would so happy we crossed paths.

Wally made buying my daughter's first car easy. He is kind and easy to work with.
