Called about a specific vehicle one morning and quickly negotiated a price we were comfortable with, which gave us the confidence to make the ~3-hour drive to complete the deal. When we arrived late in the afternoon, Timothy took us on a test drive and was fantastic—professional, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and even stayed several hours past closing to prep the vehicle and walk us through everything.
