Service representative, Matthew Nelson, was extremely helpful when I took my Prius in for its 10,000 mile free maintenance. He took the time to answer my questions about how to set and use the automatic windshield wipers, the climate controls, and many driver safety features. The salesman reviewed these with me when I bought the car, but it was too much information at one time. Matthew provided a much needed a review.

Benjamin Hensley was an awesome salesman to work with. He helped us with every detail of the sale. On the other hand, the finance department was way too pushy about extended warranties and add-ons. I know that's how they make a lot more money. They do not know how to take no for an answer. I almost walked out on the deal because of that. If it wasn't for having to wait 2 more months on a RAV4, I probably would have walked out.

Staff very friendly and professional. Seamless buying experience. Exceeded expectations. I would recommend to family and friends.
