I hate to say this but I got "GOT" too. Called and emailed several times throughout today to verify location and availability of several cars before sending my elderly parents there via Lyft. They sat for 2 hours only to be told that each one had just sold or was moved to the Glendale location. They were told that for my price range (mind you, I sent them with a list of 7 cars in my range), it was going to be hard to find something; instead they were offered cars double the price. A scam just to get people through the door. My parents darn near took a Lyft back home in tears. I am in literal tears. Beware!!! I'm not sure if zero stars was an option.
Shop is a little seedy looking, but the staff is great and they know autos. Friendly service that ensured we got a good deal on a good car
