As a first time, online buyer, I was very wary of buying a car in this manner. This dealership, and it's pre-sale team were OUTSTANDING! I kept thinking the customer service, patience and quick responses to my questions was all too good to be true... but it wasn't. Buying through CarMax Tucson East, is the only way to go...they made a true believer out of me. No hassles, no stress and no little room you get taken to to upsell you on loans, warranties and add-ons! Unfortunately, there were some pre-delivery items on the car that were overlooked by the service center, resulting in a great deal of anxiety for my wife and I, but they were resolved immediately in a quick and professional manner to our complete satisfaction... this made our purchase of our Genesis G80 quite enjoyable.
