Overall good. But, there was confusion over the recall. Also, tripped on an out of place concrete parking block at the entrance and got injured.

Nucar was good to work with and due to a mix up was able to make it up to me with a reasonable bill for a transmission service

Thanks to the keen eye of your maintenance tech. He found an antifreeze leak in my water pump, which could’ve been much more costly if it wasn’t for his attention to detail

I went to a dodge dealership with hopes that they would have the sensor I needed to solve my issue. It delayed my inspection and I will have to travel to get it done. I do realize my car is a 2015 and you can't possibly have everything on hand. Looking forward to getting my repair and inspection once it comes in.
