The service is normally quick, but when they parked my car at the end, they parked it so close to another car that I couldn’t get in and had to ask somebody to move it for me
I usually have good outcomes BUT it usually takes way too long for an appt. I'm usually there 3-4 hours with the exception being my last visit.... and that was only due to me declining all the things they say need to be fixed!

Laura was absolutely fantastic and wonderful to work with. Howie was also wonderful in finance. Marshall however was unprofessional and manipulative and attempted to add on a full extra year of payments without verbally telling me that, and tried to turn it around on me 'that's why I had you come around the desk to look at the screen' when I am wearing glasses and standing behind him pointing at a payment I've already agreed to. Then I go to sign with Howie and notice the extra year. Thankfully I'm not a 70 year old grandma and signed blindly. Very disgusted with Marshall.
When I arrived I was helped immediately. Ron was knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting room was clean and spacious.
Great experience. Annie was very easy to work with & knowledgeable about the car. The finance team was great too!
