I experienced blatant consumer fraud, on several levels including failure to disclose, and other violations of Arizona law. This dealership is being investigated for deceptive practices by the AG and FTC. They are not to be trusted. Go to a dealer with ethics. These people have none.

Purchased a used escalade from Maverick, and had a great experience. He made the buying process smooth and easier than any place I have ever bought a vehicle. If you need a vehicle, ask for Maverick.

The person I was in contact with Marcos Gonzales did not let me know he won't be there to assist me to pick up the car even though I let him know two hours prior to my arrival. The car interior was not very clean and the car was not fully charged like he told me. It was a fast transaction and no pressure sale though. Overall I am ok with the service especially Temo is very nice showing me how to operate my first EV and charge the car.

Very poor customer service. Went to look at test driving a red F-Type. A girl in a coral shirt and a boy came out to greet us at the car. Didn’t introduce themselves. Told her we were wanting a coupe but were still wanting to test drive this one. They just awkwardly stood there until I asked them if we could test drive and she said “ Well unfortunately we don’t have the car you’re looking for.” Completely awe struck. Then proceeded to say “Well if you need anything else let us know.” And just walked away. I would definitely stick with Jaguar of North Scottsdale or in Chandler. Even if we didn’t purchase a vehicle there, we would still be taking our car in for service at this location because it’s the closest to us. Now we’re even considering not taking our car in for service here. We’re cash buyers and they unfortunately lost our business.
