Paid to have the car shipped from a different location. Communication throughout that process was beyond my expectations. Worked with Adam at the Norman, OK location. He was very kind and attentive to our needs. This is my first purchase from CarMax. They will definitely be my first look for my next car purchase.

It was a quick process and they gave me more for my trade than they originally said. Their vehicles are a little more expensive than some dealerships but the no haggling process is worth the price plus they give you a good price for your trade in.

Dealership was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The appointment started on time and the process from initial inspection of the car, thru the test drive and finalizing the purchase was simple and efficient. The rep answers all my questions and went thru every document with me explaining what it was and again answering any questions or concerns I had. I believe the entire processing for purchasing my vehicle took about 2 hours.

Buying experience was good ,but quality of car is questionable it smelled awful and had technology issues

I got a great Carmax offer for my trade in, online. A lot of the buying-selling process was done prior to my going to the dealership. Everything went smoothly and I wasn’t there very long. The car I bought had to be shipped from another state, but that happened fairly quickly. The car was exactly as advertised. I love it.
