Wow! The service in the waiting area was beyond compare. Sierra exuded her position as her presence and demeanor gave she knew exactly what she was doing. The example given while waiting allowed my discomfort to be more at ease having to come and having semi complaints. She is definitely a great customer service person that goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction in waiting. And to Michael Pensky he has so much patience on every encounter and engaging that I have been able to see. Keep up the great job the workers need valued.
