From start to Finish shopping with Carmax is easy. I was able to in the comfort of my home shop on the app, have a car delivered. Then once there, Frank was amazing. Patient, helpful. Left with my clean car that day!

Paul was calm, no pressure and handled the entire test drive, trade in with ease and clarity. To verify the check, going into my bank app was simple, getting the paperwork completed took very little time. Overall this was a great experience.

I would definitely recommend getting a car from Carmax. The inside was very open and clean and professional. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job. I ordered my car online from CA and it was and still is PERFECT! They gave me a full tank of gas.

This dealership knowingly sold me a car with major electrical issues and completely bald breaks. When I took it for independent inspection, I was told to stop driving it immediately because of how dangerously disrespected the car was. What is worse is that I ordered this car from another state, and it sat at my local lot for 10 days after delivery before I was allowed to pick it up, ostensibly for "inspection." When I called about a warranty appointment, I was told the first available appointment was outside of the 30 day limited warranty window. Disgusted by this dealership.

This was a great place to choose a car from, was fast easy and they were honest.
