JB the salesperson was great to work with, but his sales manager promised Ford would install my eTransit van charger after purchase at no additional cost. Found out later this was not true. The dealership shut down all communication with me after my purchase.

Took my newly purchased used F250 to Tony Serra Ford to have some "we owe you" work completed. Not only was the "we owe you" work done timely and properly Colton took care of a couple of recalls that I ask about. He worked it out to have them done today while I was there. I really appreciate how he took the time to chase down the parts and schedule the additional work on the same day keeping me from having to use my vacation time to come back and compete the task. Bought a new Explorer for my wife 9/4/2023. Saw a 2018 F250 on the day the same day. Went back a few days later and bought the F250. Had another great experience at Serra Ford. Traded my wife's Bronco Sport for a 2023 Ford Explorer. Eddie and Don went out of their way to make sure the deal happened.
