Brought vehicle in because of a strange noise. Tech found a loose cover, tightened up and sent us on our way. He provided a rental vehicle in the car had to stay overnight.
Other than the missed diagnoses on my first visit by the tech, my second visit was outstanding. Was glad to have a loaner which made my time without my vehicle much better.
