If it weren’t for Kyle, we would have never even considered this dealership. He was absolutely AMAZING, communicative, efficient, and genuinely invested in helping us. His sales manager, Gary, was equally wonderful. He was incredibly supportive and worked with us to ensure we landed on a payment that was realistic and affordable. That alone was such a huge relief for us. The finance manager, Danielle, was also fantastic! So organized, prepared, and efficient. How Volvo Saved Our Daughter’s Life — A Grateful Mom's Story We bought our first Volvo from Courtesy Volvo in Scottsdale in December 2024, and Cooper in Sales was fantastic. From the start, he was kind and patient—never once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He took the time to understand our family, making the whole process easy and comfortable. Not long after getting the Volvo, our 17-year-old daughter was in a terrible accident. I’ve attached a picture from after the accident. She wouldn’t have survived if she had been driving one of our other cars. Thanks to Volvo’s safety features, she did. I genuinely believe she wouldn’t be here today if she had been in any other vehicle. Volvo saved her life. After the accident totaled our car, I spoke with Dana in Finance, who treated me like family. She was so understanding and kind that I even told her, “I have to give you a hug when I meet you!” When we returned to buy a new Volvo, Dana and Cooper went above and beyond. They clearly explained the prices of two different cars, and although the dealership could have made more on the first one, they honestly suggested the second one, saving us thousands. Once we made our choice, Gary in Finance took his time going over the contract with us. He made sure we understood everything without rushing, which really put us at ease.
