I tried to purchase a 2025 Nissan Kicks SR FWD in Canyon Bronze Metallic through the Nissan Buy@Home program from Charlie Clark Nissan (CCN) where CCN is listed as a participating dealer. Through the Buy@Home, Nissan offered me a non discounted MSRP price of $30,002 including tax, title, license, and fees. I also had a check from my Credit Union for that particular car and a cash down payment, ready to purchase it as a cash deal. However, after I spoke with my salesman and I had gone through Nissan's Buy@Home for purchase from CCN, he came back with additional charges that CCN tacks on outside of the MSRP. These additional charges were $2,194, out of which I only wanted $499 for window tint. CCN's total price, no discounts given, including tt&l, was $32,925.52, $2,923.52 over the Buy@Home price that Nissan offered me. To accommodate the higher price and still pay for Charlie Clark Nissan’s $2,194 “pocket lining”, including tt&l, the salesman suggested I get a 2025 Kicks in SV FWD. I would effectively be paying the same price for a lesser vehicle. Therefore I ended my negotiations with Charlie Clark Nissan. The next day, I bought a new 2025 Nissan Kicks SR in AWD with $800 additional 2 tone paint in Arctic Ice Blue from a different dealer in El Paso for $1,975 less. When I searched at the Nissan Buy@Home program website, that dealer was not listed, but is a dealer I found through the Navy Federal True Car car buying service website and the Military True Car car buying website. Because Charlie Clark Nissan (CCN) refused to delete even some of the addendum charges, I paid less for a more expensive and better 2025 Kicks, SR AWD in Arctic Ice Blue at different El Paso dealer. Effectively, CCN would not live up to my offer from the Nissan Buy@Home program.

I'm very satisfied with the the service Mr. Yu provided. I wanted what I wanted and he respected my wishes. I got the Kicks in the year and colors I wanted. Im very grateful for all the free perks like the warranty on the engine and transmission. They also gave me free oil changes for life! Thank you to everyone including Celeste for her care and the finance team for giving me their time. I highly recommend this dealership.
