Overall the experience was streamlined, easeful, and right around the amount of time I figured it would take. I wasn't a big fan of finding out that there were $5k of dealer installed accessories that were mandatory to add to the purchasing price. I appreciate transparency, and knowing that at the beginning would have felt less sneaky.
Great and amazing customer service. Got lots of great information about the vehicle and got an amazing great deal on a Jeep Wrangler.
We went in knowing what specific car we wanted to see but we weren't set on it and Benjamin didn't pressure us into anything. He gave us all of the information, was very knowledgeable about the car. We saw both managers and they were also very kind and informative. We ended up buying the car because someone else wanted it and Benjamin said the car wouldn't last long and he was right! We couldn't be happier with our purchase
