I worked with two different gentlemen and both of them were kind, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They were willing to listen to what I wanted and suggested a vehicle I hadn't researched at all but ended up purchasing. They did let me try out any of the vehicles I had my eye on and were not pushy at all.

They never sent information whether or not the vehicle was available. I think it was a bait and switch ad.

I asked for information about vehicle for sale but they never replied to me. It's just a waste of time to ask for information, I guess they only deal with people in person

Was a fantastic experience in buying a used vehicle they really are the best in the valley. Adam was awesome in going the extra mile in explaining all the paperwork,and making everything so easy.

Didn't go through with purchase at this point, but the dealership in general and working with Josh was an easy and pleasant first experience. He had the vehicle of interest started and warmed up right around the time I hoped to arrive for a test drive. Great 4Runner, better than expected condition as well. To make a long story short, I would happily return to Tri-City and work with Josh on a purchase when timing (and money) pan out. Give them a visit! They run a great business.
