This person named Emre after providing most of my information, he(she) canceled my loan application just because I forgot to put my DL number, he(she) were so rude to me..

Dealer has refused to cancel the gap insurance which is refundable by law. All cancel paperwork was sent to them and it’s been 5 months. They are illegally breaching the gap contract which states it’s refundable and cancellable for all auto consumers who purchase gap insurance based on proration. Had to report them to the California Dept. Of Insurance.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased here in the last year. Employees are very friendly. Sales process is very efficient and timely. Highly recommend!
