Our experience working with Ron Landstrom in the purchase of our “new” 2023 XC60 was wonderful. It was easy, with no pressure, and he was always helpful in giving me a overview of the new dashboard, seat features and airflow options….no small challenge as I was transitioning from an analog 2007 S60!! When I came to pick up the car, he asked KK to spend significant hands on time with me to make sure I understood all features in great detail. I know I can always return to fine tune my understanding of all this vehicle has to offer!! This was by far the best experience I’ve had buying a car. I’ve owned a Volvo before and have been to multiple dealerships across several states and I will say that not all Volvo dealerships are created equal. This place is a gem and so are the people. No rush, no pressure, no gaslighting. Ronnie and Jake are great at what they do, and I am sure the rest of the team is no different.
