I've seen reviews in some places that gave me pause when considering them for the purchase of my new-to-me GV60, but my experience was nothing but positive. The listing was accurate, and Sam has been a joy to work with. He quickly answered all the questions I had, provided all the documents and other things he promised me he would in a timely manner, and sent me very clear and detailed videos. He was trustworthy and upfront about everything and never once did I feel mislead.

I came in on a whim to look at a BMW and was greeted by De'El Camarena. he was very helpful and showed me the car that I would later purchase. He appeared to be knowledgeable about the car and addressed all of my concerns.
