Was very easy to schedule appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived and was met by a service representative and was checked in

Had an appointment set up for 9:00am. Service representative pick up at 10:30. Wife dropped off had to wait more than an hour. Should have been called and told not to come in until it was finished. Especially with Covid
