I drove an hour and a half to this dealership to purchase a vehicle I found online. By law, the dealership has 30 days to get you a title after purchase (you have 45 to get it transferred and plates). After 32 days of NOT receiving a title, I called on a Friday to see what happened. They told me I would have the title that following Wednesday. AGAIN...NO TITLE. I called that Thursday and they gave me the run-around and said they would have the title sent by Monday. I asked clearly why it was taking so long and they were in violation...they didn't have an answer and there was not one apology.The title did arrive BUT if I hadn't called, I wouldn't have received the title because they were clueless. Obviously, my next call was to the Ohio Attorney General since they were in violation of Ohio law. The name is deceiving. Should be named Sleazy Auto.

I called multiple times asking a lot of questions about a certain car. They lied and told me everything was perfect, that it was all inspected, that there was nothing wrong with the car. I drove 3 hours to come see this car. When I got there, the people who worked there were not helpful AND the car was a total wreck. There was no rear view mirror, the hood was held up by plywood, the car didn’t start and there was scratches all over it. I didn’t even try to take it to a mechanic...didn’t even want to know what else could’ve been wrong with that car. I am very furious that I had this experience. I ended up stopping by another used car place nearby and told them what happened and they said that they hear similar things all the time-that easy auto sales reps lie to all of their customers in hopes of getting sleazy sales. DONT GO THERE. 0/10

After auto purchase the car didn’t run for more than a day, they called me and my wife names over the phone. Long and short the car needed a water pump than I was told the head gasket was blown. They knew this before it was sold and lied about what was wrong with it prior to buying it.
