Very friendly staff, I didnt feel pressured to buy and since the price is the price there was no need to try and haggle over things. I was in and out with a fully financed vehicle in 2 hours and that is a record compared to other experiences I've had.
Dealership personnel seemed to work together to complete the tasks instead of independently which keeps customers satisfied.
This is a very nice and clean facility. The people were friendly. Very nice inventory at this location.
I had a great experience at EchoPark, when they say they have transparent, haggle free pricing they actually do mean it! Lee was exceptionally helpful and patient throughout the process including test driving and getting comfortable in new cars!

Great sales experience. No high pressure and a great price. Omar was great explaining options and arranging a test drive. Bought an EV but had the wrong charging cord. Went back and Hassan resolved the issue quickly. I have purchased many cars in my 80 plus years and I must say this was my best dealer experience. Great job guys. Thank you!
