I bought a CX-9 from Cardunake Way Mazda 4 years ago. I was going between CX-9, which by the way I was turning in a perfectly running 2007 but I wanted some of new bells and whistles. I was trying to decide between another Mazda or another dealer. After listening to what Mazda wanted to offer, I explained the other dealer was giving me free maintenance for 3 year also offering me $2,000 more for trade in and $10,000 less which brought them down below other dealer. Taylor was an awesome salesperson, sales manager was great Siempre Fi. I have had more car to the dealer as often as needed. They offer me a ride home every time but I usually stay. Between 1-1/2 hrs out comes my car serviced and washed. They also always have coffee, bottle water and snacks available for customers. If I ever buy another car it will be from them. Thank you

I was very skeptical about taking my car to the dealers to get serviced because there’s the concern of predatory business practices. These people are not that, the Riverside Mazda is a different story of scummy. But these guys are great. Steven the service department rep was extremely kind and helpful. He kept me updated at every point of the transaction. Tyler who also did the vehicle maintenance and care took the time to make a concise video about what was wrong with the car and took care of everything with a breeze. They even washed my car!!!
