Kirby treated my mother's vehicle like family. Exceptional communication, integrity, compassion and service beyond expectations.

I felt the time it took for a simple oil change was excessive. It was almost an hour after I received the video before they called me to come check out. They didn't walk me out to the car or offer car washing. The upselling was too much and it was for items not required or recommended by Kia. On a positive note the waiting area was comfortable despite the loudness of the music.

Cameron was great. However we were told it would take 1-1/2 hours it turned out to be 2-1:2 hours. Not happy. The main problem is someone messed with the information panel and we could not find the gps setting .we still have not been able to find it. Not at all happy,
