The whole process was seamless! From getting my car quote online, to test driving, and working with the sales department. I worked with Karl in sales and he was great! I knew what I wanted but still had a few questions. He gave me some great advice and guided me in the warranty purchase. Would go again and work with him!

The customer service both during sale and after was very good. One thing we found that we disagree with is that our carpets were missing and replaced with very small and dangerous ones to me as a handicapped person. Manager wasn't helpful. Offered half off their price. I found this unfair. I should get the mats as part of the deal especially having paid cash.
