Sold us a lemon, made us sign an "as is" paper and won't do anything about it now. It drove completely fine during test drive and now it needs new transmission 3 days into having it. Terrible customer service. Tried to lie about asking price until I showed him the online ad for the vehicle. Didn't work with us at all. Transmission will cost almost half of what we paid for the car.

I was very please with my experience at Nationwide. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry with 99,000 miles and it rides like a dream! They even tinted the windows and installed my sound system for next to nothing!! I would recommend them to anyone!

I stopped into Nationwide Autos Direct and was blown away. I had been to several bigger car dealerships looking for a quality used car to drive back and forth to work. When I was at the bigger dealerships it seemed like my businesses was worth it to most of the sale people I worked with. So I decided to stop into Nationwide Autos Direct. I was blown away with my first impression. Dennis one of their sales people came out and greeted me right away. He asked how he could help me and listened to everything I had to say. Even Marty the owner of the dealership came out and greeted me to see how we could help with finding a car for me. They gave me a great price and made the whole process very easy. I would recommend anyone to this dealership because they honestly wanted to help me find the vehicle I was looking for!
