Great service and customer treatment. They went above and beyond to work with me on making my deal work.
I came to this location on Monday to get an oil change and let me tell you I wish I had a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in writing so I could write this guy Miguel de "Jesus" a better review. I'm not sure if Jesus is his last name or if it was really the man from up stairs. Impossible to tell with the way this guy was moving. I'm glad I packed a spare pair of pants because he knocked them right off. I was there before they opened and when the garage came up and he walked out I coulda swore I heard the gospel playing. This man is the sole reason I will be back in another 5,000 miles. Heck I may even come back in sooner just to get some of that excellent service.
Jack has been the BEST sales associate I’ve ever worked with, no pressure at ALL! He listens to your wants and needs and treats you with kindness and understanding! He works quick and respects your time 100% I came in bought a pathfinder and 2 weeks later my wife came in got a rouge from him! I highly recommend seeing him and the deals are 🔥 🔥, David the manger also is AMAZING !!!
Lee (salesman) was very friendly and not pushy. The only issue that I had was the length of time it took for the finance guy to get all of the paperwork done.
They are always kind as they take the time to explain what the car needs are. They are very efficient.
They do a GOOD enough job. However, they lack attention to detail. I asked for the old parts back and I did not get it. The service agent failed to note it down on the paperwork. No longer the 5 star service. We have been coming to Nissan EG since 2003. They used to have a free shuttle to bring home people while waiting for the repaired vehicle. Time have sure changed.
