In-N-Out for oil change great service as usual service department was on top
It was a great in and out experience. Peter made me feel comfortable and helped me ensure I got the truck I wanted!
I would normally have car services in the HB location but wanted to make a switch to Garden Grove. This location is much better in customer service, straight forward, fast service when you have an appointment which is wonderful. The waiting area is clean as well.
Simpson has always had top notch customer service. Luis is very personable and great communication.
Jose Guerrero provides a thorough detail of what priority maintenance and parts is needed to complete the service. His customer service is high in quality and excellence. The loaner and cashier team is always very helpful and knowledgeable!
