Megan always treats my car and its problems/concerns as if they were her own. I appreciate how she stores it with far more expensive vehicles and even remembers not to leave it in gear when parked because if they were her own. The service was preformed quickly so I have many more fun filled miles to look forward to. Ricart Chevrolet provided very nice rides via Uber from and to the dealership when my vehicle was ready. I appreciate that. All the other service advisors were kind and helpful. I, however, have an extremely strong distaste for the 3% credit card fee. I contemplated stopping at the bank on my way to pick up the vehicle to bring quarters or one dollar bills to pay my tab in protest of the fee.; To sum up, Megan is awesome. Megan's husband (mechanic, sorry haven't met him) is awesome. Car fixed. Happy customer. More
