These guys were fantastic! Joe, my sales-dude was great. He is new, and you can tell he's going to be good at this. Management was easy to work with. They knew where I wanted to be (price), I knew what they could do, and we met and an area that everyone won. Their other young sales guy, Liam, was also a breath of fresh air. He gave up his time to assist Joe and I on the delivery of my CX-5, and was really helpful in helping this Gen-xer in getting his phone callibrated to the car. Bree (spelling?) and Russ were great to talk to while I waited for things to get wrapped up. I talked to the GM, Tim, right before he headed out for the day. You can tell this place is on the right path with him at the helm. And last but not least, Jeff in finance made everything fast and simple. He was aware of my history in the business and didn't keep me in the box forever which I truly appreciate. I will be telling everyone I can about this wonderful buying experience! I had a small problem and called to see if Byers could squeeze me in for service same day. Stevie said get here and we will do our best. I arrived about 11:30 AM and Stevie said the shop crew was going to squeeze me in for service same day. Stevie said get here and we will do our best. I arrived about 11:30 AM and Stevie said the shop crew was going to lunch and it would most likely be 2 PM to get the car back. I settled in with my book and in less than an hour Stevie announced I was done and all set. She has heard the golden rule of service, under promise and over deliver! Thank you, Stevie! Stewart S.
