2026 Kia K5

2026 Kia K5 LXS Auto FWD 2.5L I-4 port/direct injection, DOHC, variable valve control, regular gasoline, engine with 191HP 8-speed automatic. This midsize sedan pairs a spirited 191-horsepower four-cylinder with an eight-speed automatic to produce eager acceleration, seamless shifts and efficient everyday performance, helping keep fuel use reasonable on both city commutes and longer highway drives.

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto let you mirror your smartphone to the infotainment screen without a cable, keeping navigation, calls and media easy to access while the cabin stays tidy.

Hands-on steering assist with lane centering eases long stretches behind the wheel by gently guiding the vehicle toward the center of its lane, reducing driver fatigue while you remain engaged.

Front pedestrian impact prevention continuously scans ahead and can take action to help avoid collisions with pedestrians, adding an extra margin of safety in busy areas and crosswalks.

A rear camera gives a clearer view when backing or parking, helping you detect obstacles and tight spots so reversing maneuvers feel more confident and secure.

Lane departure prevention watches for unintended drifting and steps in with corrective steering or braking to help keep you between the lines and lower the risk of accidental lane exits.

Adaptive cruise control with traffic stop-go maintains a safe distance from the vehicle ahead and can bring the car to a stop and resume automatically, smoothing stop-and-go traffic and reducing stress on congested commutes.

Brake assist senses emergency braking situations and applies extra stopping force when needed, helping to shorten stopping distances during sudden events.

Cruise control with steering wheel mounted controls places speed adjustments at your fingertips so you can maintain a steady pace without taking your hands off the wheel, which promotes comfort and fuel efficiency on longer trips.

Keyfob vehicle start control lets you remotely start the engine so the interior is comfortable before you climb in particularly handy on very hot or cold days.

An intuitive touchscreen centralizes media, navigation and vehicle settings into a single, easy-to-use interface so common functions are quick to access while you keep attention on the road.
