DISCLAIMER Effective Date: April 20, 2026 1. INFORMATIONAL ACCURACY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The information, images, and pricing provided on cramercarsales.com are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a legally binding offer to sell at the prices or terms stated. While Cramer Car Sales makes every effort to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data on this website, the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cramer Car Sales is not responsible for, and shall not be held liable for, any inaccuracies related to: Vehicle Descriptions: Automated data provided by VIN-decoding services (e.g., standard features, engine specs, fuel economy). Visual Assets: Differences between actual vehicle color and appearance versus digital photographic representation. Pricing Glitches: Technical malfunctions that result in a "zero" price, a price significantly below market value, or incorrect monthly payment calculations. Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. You acknowledge that you are not relying solely on the information presented on this website in making a purchasing decision, and that all purchases are subject to independent verification and separate written agreements. 2. PENNSYLVANIA ADVERTISING & PRICING COMPLIANCE In accordance with the Pennsylvania Board of Vehicles and 37 Pa. Code § 301.2, all advertised prices are subject to the following conditions: Excluded Charges: Advertised prices represent the vehicle price only and DO NOT include state sales tax, title fees, license fees, or registration fees. Documentary Fees: In compliance with the Commonwealth's strict fee caps for 2026, a negotiable documentary fee of up to $490.00 for electronic processing (or $409.00 for manual processing) may be added to the final sale price. This fee represents costs incurred by the dealer for the preparation of sales and titling documents. Rebates & Incentives: Any listed incentives or financing offers are subject to credit approval and may require specific lender qualifications. 3. INVENTORY AVAILABILITY & PRIOR SALE All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Due to the high turnover rate of our inventory, a vehicle listed online may have already been sold or may be under a deposit agreement. We recommend contacting our Middletown office via telephone to verify availability before visiting the dealership. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cramer Car Sales is not liable for any costs incurred (including, without limitation, travel expenses or lost time) due to the unavailability of a vehicle listed on this site. 4. MANDATORY MECHANICAL DISCLOSURES (PA LAW) Cramer Car Sales adheres to the highest standards of transparency. Pursuant to Pennsylvania law, even when a vehicle is sold "AS-IS," Cramer Car Sales will provide disclosures consistent with applicable Pennsylvania law regarding known material defects or conditions, including but not limited to: Structural Integrity: Any crack, bend, or twist in the frame or chassis. Engine Components: Any crack in the engine block or head. Environmental Damage: Any known flood damage to the vehicle. Drivetrain: Any defective or severely deteriorated transmission or differential. State Safety Standards: If the vehicle is unable to pass a Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection. 5. Cramer Car Sales does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of these reports. Buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence, including independent mechanical inspections, prior to purchase. 6. FINANCING & CREDIT DISCLOSURE The "Payment Calculator" and "Credit Application" tools are provided as a convenience only.
