The centerpiece is an 85 refrigerated dipping cabinet with 18 display flavors and 15 backup buckets below, positioned behind a 60 service window with a slide-out stainless counter. A separate sales window with a POS and cash-drawer station sits beside it, so orders and serving can run at the same time. The build is finished in stainless throughout and includes health-code fixtures, so a new owner can move quickly from purchase to permitting to serving.
