Seller's Comments
,APPOINTMENT STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, 60 PLUS VEHICLES IN STORAGE!! The 2012 Subaru Forester 4dr Auto 2.5XT Premium is a compact crossover that pairs everyday practicality with surprisingly lively performance, powered by a turbocharged 2.5-liter horizontally opposed (Boxer) four-cylinder engine producing 224 horsepower and 226 lb-ft of torque. Paired exclusively with a 4-speed automatic transmission featuring manual-shift mode and Subaru,s signature symmetrical all-wheel drive, it delivers confident traction in varied conditions while offering strong mid-range punch once the turbo spools (with 0-60 mph times in the mid-to-high 6-second range in period tests). EPA ratings are 19 city / 24 highway / 21 combined mpg on premium fuel. At roughly 3,450 lbs curb weight, it rides on a 103-inch wheelbase with 8.9 inches of ground clearance, measuring 179.5 inches long, 70.1 inches wide (79 inches with mirrors), and 66.9 inches tall. The cabin seats five comfortably (about 102 cubic feet of passenger volume) and provides 30.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats, expanding to 63 cubic feet with them folded. Distinctive exterior cues include a functional hood scoop feeding the intercooler, a rear roof spoiler, roof rails, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Premium-trim amenities typically encompass a panoramic power moonroof, 10-way power driver,s seat, Bluetooth connectivity with audio streaming, and available heated seats or other weather packages.
