1991 Porsche 911

This 1991 Porsche Carrera 2 by Singer, known as the Tatooine Commission, presents in Blue Blood over a Cognac interior, showing 274 miles from new. Singers Classic Reimagining program is the most respected restoration and re-engineering effort in the air-cooled Porsche world. Each car is rebuilt around a donor 964 with a hand-built carbon fiber body and mechanical specifications developed to the owners brief, and this left-hand-drive coupe is a fully realized example. The carbon fiber bodywork is finished in Blue Blood with light ghosted side stripes and lettering in Laverda Blue, a restrained treatment that lets the 911s original proportions carry the car.
Power comes from a 4.0-liter air-cooled, naturally aspirated flat-six driving the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. The specification includes an external side-mounted oil filler and a center-mounted external fuel filler, both details drawn from period competition cars. The Cognac interior is built around lightweight carbon fiber track seats with bespoke centers, a cabin that is purposeful without giving up the warmth of the leather.
