Zachary was wonderful to deal with out of four different dealers I was discussing with. He was professional, kind, and respectful. He never pushed or bombarded me with calls/texts. As a female care buyer, I was extremely happy to be treated with such respect from Zach. The manager was rude and reached over my body to shake my father's hand instead of mine who was the actual car buyer. He knew I was the one buying and didn't have the decency to shake mine. He spoke to him instead of me and spoke so fast you couldn't understand him, I assume on purpose to confuse people. While my entire family was not a fan of the manager, we loved working with Zach and the finance department. Absolutely love my new Sorento! Thank you Zach! More

Zach worked with me digitally to complete an out-of-state purchase. He is a very kind guy who was totally willing to let me control the pacing of the conversation and was very upfront with what he needed fro purchase. The dealership was located within 15 minutes of McGhee airport and they even picked me up so I didn't have to pay for an Uber or Lyft. The paperwork signing and transaction went stunningly smooth, and everyone I spoke to was very kind. If I ever find myself on the hunt for another rare Kia, I will definitely reach out to Parkside first, as it is on the top of my list of dealerships to work with.....and I work for a dealer myself, so that is saying something. More
